1.) not really an update, but just fyi - i took down the "stats" section on the boys. too many ppl tell me i have the info wrong...i haven't touched those pages in over 2 years, so, yeah....if you''ve noticed, crosswinds all of a sudden has pop-up ads. they say unlimited space but i thought i'd help them and by getting rid of extra things that are taking up space...this was one of 'em.
2.) Humor...
got up another page of "picture
perfect"
put up a few "sporadic notes"
3.) Soapbox...added to the "u agree?" section
4.) Lyrics...hmm, been waiting for these? ;o) yes, some genius decided not to put ANY lyrics in B&B's cd jacket...i've seen SO many different versions of these lyrics online it's driving me insane...let's hope i got 'em close enough, huh? i got the walmart cd, bay-bee...so there's 14 songs on this girls' track listing
5.) Stories...
in the "hosted" department:
chapters 22 - 25 are up for "down time"
chapter 63 for "two stolen hearts" is online
also, i cut some corners here too: got rid of stories authors forgot about,
ppl i can't seem to contact NEmore, etc.
6.) goes along with the stories having been taken down: "email flukes" has been updated
7.) oh, how could i forget? back to the Stories....dun, dun, DUN

prologue to, month ago? well, i have news u guys...i've giving in. i'm
no longer sticking to "it all goes up at ONCE, dammit" attitude...the thing
is basically done. i gotta tweak things here and there towards the end,
but i can put up about half of it...so i did. behold - chapters 1 through
10....have fun ;o)

just letting u know, i have not fallen off the face of the earth.
as many sites have been proclaiming recently - it's that time of year
again, kiddies......school
thus, the little time i did have to do updates this summer will get
smaller, i'm afraid
don't get me wrong - i HAD planned to update on the 28th of Aug, with
the whole burger king deal
(i got a video and cd, WHOO! no, i'm not obsessed...we only got there
at 11AM that day ::looks around innocently::)
...but i didn't have much to put up, so i thought i'd save the little
i had for a later date
then, i thought, y not labor day?
well, here i am...but bad news.
nothing's up. only this note...
basically just a warning that those days when i used to update once
a week are long gone and in the past
[how i did somehow manage to update that frequently still utterly amazes
me]...
in other words, the coming months will be different...but hopefully
not horribly so.
i DO have some stuff i was going to put up online
(u know, since i thought i could make it and update today...)
but alas, nothing's fully complete.
FYI - things to look forward to:
~more humor pictures, and sporadic notes. A new section in humor, too...
~updates to hosted stories...as well as putting up the sequel to my
NBY story
~oh, btw, i'm finally gonna do it (well, i'm half way there at this
point)
i'm gonna update my scrapbook! *gasp*
i've been so behind, it's not even funny. my hard
disk is holding about a billion and one pictures that i need to put online...
so, basically, i'm not leaving u. maybe just getting more distant.
my humble apologies, but nothing else can be done.
updating will always be on my to-do list...just not as high a priority
as some other things in life. u understand...
i am NOT giving up on this site - how could i? i love it to death.
i made it, spent MY time on it; i won't abandon it
...just loosening my grip on it, i guess you could say.
but that doesn't mean u can't email me. feel free.
