i've gotten emails from people begging me to update.... either humor pix and quotes, get the video pix back up, or the worst one: get the stories back up after about a year of them being offline...
i don't WANT to keep stuff offline..it's just so difficult to find the time. especially since the site got deleted 2x, the stories, mine and hosted, were put on the back burner because they were the hardest to deal with to put online; so i focused on getting everything else back up and running.
honestly, these next two weeks are going to be especially crazy for me...and it's bad cuz when i look at the site, i realize i haven't touched any part of it since july!...
all i can promise is that i will try to find time to work on everything..."tomrrow" turns into "next weekend" turns into "next month" so easily....but before you yell: isn't a promise better than me just shutting the site down completely? i truthfully played with that idea, because it seems like i don't have the time for it anymore, but i decided to keep it up even up updates would be few and far between...

this is the first time in who knows how long that i've updated the site more than once in the same month. incredible.
anyway...items of business:1) you've prolly noticed a few "allposters.com" ads around the site, as well as a link to my own bsb poster store (linked by the words "hmm...who wants bsb poster?" with a pic above the table of the site links, as well as it's own "posterstore" link in the table) that is hosted by the internet company...and let's not forget the CDNOW link and logo...truth is, kiddies, i need some money to pay of th cost of keeping this site online (if i reverted back to non-paying status, those annoying multiple full-page ads would return, etc)...so if you're looking for presents, or need to decorate walls, here's my little plug: hit poster links or cdnow link from my site and go buy something nice! ;o)
2.) updated "walking down the street" (under the "stuff" section)
3.) finally got the greeting cards back up and running. updated the picture selection for 'em, too.
4.) added 2 pages (i.e. over 20 pix) to "picture perfect" in the humor section
5.) lost some sheets of ideas somewhere in my papers but still added to "sporadic notes" as well
6.) also updated the "say what?" quotes (for page 4)
7.) joined 3 more cliques
8.) sad to say--i emailed a lot of the authors of the fanfiction i host[ed], letting them know i'm back on my feet, etc, and need to know if they have any updates that they have yet to send...few replied, but i'll give them some time...problem is, a slew of email got returned to me...so...the "email flukes page" (linked from "FAQ/Email] has been updated...
hmm...doesn't seem like much, but the affiliate thing took some time...sincere aplogies for lack of updates for the scrapbook--i.e., video pix not online yet, especially since i need to construct pages for "the one," "the call," and "drowning" after i fix all the previous video pages...and as for the fanfiction, yes, i, know, you guys are emailing and crying and asking what's up with all the stories--all i can say is that i still need to work on them, and i'm already taking steps by emailing the authors.... no long justification. tis all for now...byebye

*gasp* ...could it be? did i actually UPDATE THE SCRAPBOOK?! yes, i think i did...i fixed all the stupid links...and...get this...probably after about 2 years...i actually ADDED pictures!...egads, yes, i know, it's shocking...i added about 300 pictures *phew*...sorry to say this does not include video pictures (those pages are not back online yet), but, that doesn't mean i'm giving up or anything, just taking a breather...apologies for those waiting for updates for the humor section or for the fanfiction section to be put back up...those items are still on my to-do list, no worries...adieu for now...i need sleeeeeep.
